Return Policy

Our Policy

We want you to be happy with your Rejects Universe gear. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, sticker packs, and digital downloads are final sale — no returns.
  • Custom commission artwork is non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us immediately at support@rejectsuniverse.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@rejectsuniverse.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Refunds are issued through Stripe's secure system.
